What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi was originally developed as a martial art in the 13th Century China, however, it is now practised as a health-promoting exercise all over the world.
Tai Chi combines relaxation and deep breathing with flowing yet controlled movements.

It can improve the mental and physical wellbeing for everyone but in particular, has been proven to reduce stress, improve posture, and increase muscle strength for people over the age of 65.
