Whether you’re looking for a high impact, high energy session, a weights-based workout or a class to stretch and relax you, we have it all on our timetable! It’s a proven fact that most people will push themselves harder if they exercise with someone else – for gym-goers this will be their training partner but for those of you who want to work up a sweat and shake your body, classes are the way to go! Members get inspired and motivated by the people around them, creating a great atmosphere with popular music pushing them on. Perfect if you’re new to exercise too – classes are the most sociable place to meet new people and make friends with a shared interest in getting fitter and healthier.
We also have 6am classes three times a week (Mon Wed & Fri) for those early birds who like to workout before work!
Getting Started and our 5 Steps to Fitness
We understand that going to the gym can seem a little daunting and that sometimes you just need a change of routine, so why not spice up your exercise with our fantastic classes. Get motivated with like-minded people, shake, shimmy and sweat your way to a healthier new you. We offer sessions that can help you relax, burn calories and tone up. As well as traditional step, high impact, circuits, yoga and pilates we also keep up with the latest trends like the popular Kettlercise classes as well as TRX Training, Spin and Rebound. For anyone who would like to use the gym equipment but isn’t sure what to do, we also have Gym Classes where a group session takes place in the gym using 20 different machines at two minute intervals. This is a great way to gain confidence and learn how to operate the gym equipment in a friendly, sociable and fun class!
