Getting Started

Whether it’s your first time walking into a gym or a regular place you love to go, we are here to show you how to make the most out of your time when you visit us.  We have the equipment and tools but most importantly we have the staff and expertise to cater for creating the new you.  

So when you come to see us what can you expect? ….

  • Step 1 Health Check so we can get to know you, your goals and how we can help
  • Step 2 a personalised programme that takes all the guess work out of walking around the gym not knowing what to do plus we offer all members the opportunity to join our weight loss community
  • Step 3 is a Diet Tips and healthy Eating service in the first couple of weeks
  • Step 4 is a review of your programme after 4-8 weeks
  • Step 5 is a complimentary Personal Training session to give you an insight into this additional service and to ensure you are getting the most from each training session

For ladies who are a little shy we have a Ladies Only Gym and for members who want to go from a beer-pack to a six-pack we have a fully equipped Free Weights area 

We want to share our knowledge and expertise to help you lose weight and achieve a body you can feel confident with.
