How do I join?
We like to think it’s a very simple and straight forward process and it should only take between 10-15 minutes of your time.
Ideally it’s always best to pre-book an appointment so that a member of staff is expecting you although this is not essential.
We do offer Corporate discount to people who work for the NHS, Police, Armed Forces and so it’s always worth bringing ID with you to claim your discount if you work for one of these organisations. If you where you work you have a few colleagues and friends (5+) who also want to come to the gym as well, then please get in touch and we will see what deal we can offer your group.
You may want a tour of the club if you are unsure as to what we offer and this shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes and a member of staff will be more than happy to show you around.
Our building is deceptively spacious over two floors and we have five separate gym areas for cardiovascular exercise (heart & lungs) training – thinks treadmills, cycling, rowing etc, for resistance & strength training, so weights machines for your muscles, we have two studios for exercise classes like aerobics, yoga and circuit training, and we have a dedicated Ladies only gym which is fully equipped. Added to that we have a warm pool area (swimming pool, spa pool, sauna & steam rooms) a Toning Tables Studio featuring motorised exercise machines – great for injuries and increasing mobility. We also have an excellent Free Weights Gym with a wide range of dumbbells and weights and benches.
Once we have established what gym membership is best for you and you have said yes to joining and agree to the terms and conditions that membership carries, providing you are able to set up your direct debit and make your first month’s payment that day we will complete your membership form, agree a direct debit date of either the 1st or 15th month for your monthly payments to be collected and away you go!!
We will create a gym membership card to give you access in the club and book you in for a new member programme with extra support in getting familiar with the gym equipment if required.
