Huge congratulations to Rachel who has completed our first ‘Total Body Transformation Camp‘, winning the prize for the best transformation. Rachel lost over 12lbs, whilst gaining 3.5lbs of muscle. She reduced her body fat by 26% and reduced her visceral fat by 33%. These are incredible results, but we’re not surprised. Rachel has worked extremely hard and deserves every bit of this success.
