operation or need help to cope better with a health condition. Alternatively you can meet with one of our Fitness Instructors who use Hydrotherapy to alleviate knee and back problems, rebuilding strength before progressing onto the gym.
Water based Classes
We also run AquaFit classes in our warm pool area that Hydro patients often move onto.
These sessions are great fun, harder than they look, and allow you to exercise at a level that is comfortable for you. Take a look at our Aqua timetable plus we also do a wide range of other classes such as Tai Chi Yoga & Pilates which are more gentle land based exercise options.
