Ideal for people of all ages, BODYBALANCE ™  is a yoga-based class that is designed to improve and enhance both your mental and physical health. During the class, you’ll be taken through a series of simple yoga poses, incorporating Tai Chi and Pilates too. Instructors will guide you through the breathing control and body strengthening methods, while a calming soundtrack is played in the background. The class aims to reduce stress levels and improve mental well-being.

Instructor of the Week – Jenny King

Our Instructor of the Week this week is Jenny King, who has worked in the fitness industry for fifteen years. Jenny has always been incredibly passionate about fitness – which first started off as her hobby. As her passion for keeping fit grew, Jenny decided to pursue a career in it and now proudly teaches Body Balance, Pilates and Yoga here at Altered Images. She enjoys the fusion of the mind, body, breath and music, and will gently guide you through all of the classes she teaches that are aimed to enhance both the physical health, and mental well-being. Speaking about her enjoyment of the classes she said “I enjoy seeing the results and improvement in my participant’s fitness and confidence.”  Her classes are aimed at those who are looking to de-stress from day-to-day life, tone up their bodies, and become more flexible.
