Hi, I’m Laura 


I’ve always been into fitness as a hobby.

I was getting married in 2014 so I got back into my gym routine after have some time off after having my children.
I’d forgotten how much I’d missed training and decided I didn’t want to do it just as a hobby but as a career.

So I took the first step by completing my Level 2 fitness instructor qualification in 2015.
I haven’t looked back since.

I am very passionate about group exercise classes and love to help other people reach their goals!


I teach the following classes:

– Kettlebell-Fit on Tues/Thur: 6pm – 6.45pm

– Cardio Pump (Circuits) on Tues/Thur: 7pm – 8pm

– Metafit on Friday: 6pm – 6.30pm

– Aqua on Thurs: 09.30am – 10.15am

– Boxercise
