Michelle Baker has been practising Tai Chi since January 2000 so with nearly two decades of experience, she can teach it to classes of many mixed abilities.

Michelle will always adapt any moves necessary to ensure everyone can take part in it and enjoy themselves too.

Michelle describes Tai Chi as ‘calming, relaxing and at the same time energising and revitalising’ – she wants as many people as possible to reap the benefits that Tai Chi can provide for your body and your mind.
